Cocidius Diamond Rum is made from slow-fermented premium grade sugar cane molasses. This is hand distilled in small batches using a classic copper pot still. Our still is perfectly inefficient, distilling flavour and not just alcohol. Finally, we throw away much of what other distillers would keep, only offering you premium tasting Diamond quality rum!

Cocidius Dark Rum is simply made from our Diamond Rum, which is aged with toasted American Oak. No colourings. No caramels. No sweeteners. Just Rum!


Cocidius Empire Spiced Rum is made using our Dark Rum, which is flavoured using whole exotic spices and maple syrup. This premium spiced rum has luxurious flavour profiles which vary by batch according to the whole spices used.
